The annual Boo Bash is one of the many seasonal activities that is held yearly thanks to the Shelby Township Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Department. Utica Community School students regularly score above both state and county averages on all state wide exams. The Utica Community School District averages 80 percent proficiency in the MEAP testing and many of the individual school classrooms reach 100 percent proficiency in many of the testing areas. All Utica Community High School students score above the State of Michigan’s average in the ACT testing as well. The Utica Community School District believes that their success is due to the strong relationship with students, staff and parents.
